Executive MA Program (without thesis) - General Information and Admission

The application period for the Spring Semester of 2021-2022 academic year is between 3 - 10 January, 2022.

Departmental requirements for admission include an interview. Interview will be between 28 January - 1 February 2022 (exact time and date to be announced later).

Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated. The only documents which is accepted past the application deadline are the undergraduate diploma, and the proof of English proficiency. Those who have not graduated yet, must submit an official letter indicating that they are expected to graduate.

A maximum of 30 applicants will be admitted to the MA program.

Language of education is English. No students will be admitted to the English preparatory class. 

Program tuition for 2021-2022 academic year is 49.600 TL (1.600 TL per credit x 31 credit).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Letters of Recommendation: Two academic letters of recommendation should be submitted and one of the reference letters should be written by a someone who can judge applicant’s academic qualifications.

Undergraduate Diploma: A copy of the diploma authenticated by a notary public or an official certificate of graduation taken from the undergraduate school are accepted.

Transcripts: Official transcripts that show all the undergraduate and graduate (if any) courses taken, grades received, and the grade point averages obtained.

Undergraduate GPA Requirement: Minimum 2.00/4.00. The applicants that cannot meet that criteria at the time of application will not be evaluated.

Proof of English Proficiency: All applicants are required to submit official evidence of English language proficiency prior to registration. You are strongly encouraged to have one of the standardized tests (TOEFL or IELTS) by the application deadline, but the department will also be accepting the results of Bogazici University English Proficiency Test (BUEPT).
